The School Education Department of Punjab is pleased to announce the recruitment of School Teacher Interns (STIs) for the 2025 academic year. This initiative seeks to infuse new talent into the teaching workforce and significantly enhance the quality of education at the primary, elementary, and secondary levels across various districts in Punjab.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants interested in the STI positions should meet the following age and educational qualifications:

Primary Level Teachers: Must possess at least a Senior School Certificate.
Elementary Level Teachers: Should hold a Bachelor’s degree.
Secondary Level Teachers: Must have a Master’s degree in a relevant subject area.

Contract Details and Compensation

Successful candidates will be contracted for a period from February 1, 2025, to May 31, 2025. The compensation package is as follows:

Application Period: Applications are open from January 24, 2025, until 10:00 AM on January 25, 2025.
Interviews: Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be interviewed on January 25, 2025.
Announcement of Results: The final list of selected candidates will be published on January 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
Training: Selected candidates must undergo a mandatory training program starting January 30, 2025.
Reporting: All STIs must submit their final joining reports by January 31, 2025.

Additional Information

No allowances for travel or dearness will be provided during the selection or training phases.
