The Punjab Government has started a great program called the Chief Minister’s Magnificent Punjab Tourism Internship Program. This program is for young people who have finished their university studies and are looking to get some real work experience. Details of CM Magnificent Punjab Tourism Internship Program 2025
- Duration: The internship lasts for 3 months.
- Number of Interns: There are 1,000 spots available.
- Stipend (Pay): Each intern will get Rs. 60,000 per month.
- Start Date for First Batch: The first group of 250 interns will start in March 2025.

- Age: You need to be between 21 and 28 years old.
- Where You Live: You must have a domicile (official residency) in Punjab.
- Education: You must have finished your degree between 1st January 2023 and 31st December 2024.
- Type of Degree: You can apply if you have a degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management, History, Archaeology, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or similar fields from a recognized university.
Candidates who have obtained their Graduation Degrees (16 year) or higher in degrees such as Tourism & Hospitality Management, History, Archaeology, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology are encouraged to apply for this Internship. The Chief Minister’s Magnificent Punjab Tourism Internship Program does not offer permanent employment.

Internship Rules and Expectations
Attendance: We use a GPS-enabled mobile app to check attendance. You must log in and out at your work location. If you don’t, you’ll be marked absent, which could lead to termination.
Leaves: You can take up to two days off per month. You need to request these leaves ahead of time and get approval from your supervisor.
Leave Deduction: If you take more than two days off in a month, we will reduce your stipend for each extra day.
Stipend: Your pay depends on how well you perform during the internship. Payments are made through the bank.
Rules and Regulations: You must follow all the organization’s rules, regulations, and procedures.
Commitment: We expect you to be fully committed and actively participate in all internship activities.
Deployment: You might be assigned to work in any office or workstation where we need you, within the district you chose on your application.
Skill Development: We encourage you to learn skills that are relevant to your field during the internship.
Assignments: You need to complete all assignments from your mentor or supervisor on time.
Confidentiality: Keep all official information private. Also, take care of any tools or equipment we provide.
Handover: At the end of your internship, you must return all materials and tools you received.
Permission: If you need to leave your work station during the internship, you must get permission from the right people first.
Dress Code: Dress formally according to our organization’s dress code policy.
Punctuality: Always be on time for work and all work-related activities.
Compliance: Follow all instructions from your supervisors or other authorized personnel.
Job Role: Stick to your job description and complete all tasks assigned to you.
